Hotel benefits apply only to eligible rates at participating properties and may vary by hotel. Upgrades, early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability unless specifically confirmed otherwise.
Hotels, airlines, aircraft operators, cruise and yacht companies, tour operators and other travel providers are independent suppliers. Their own terms, conditions and cancellation policies may apply to bookings.
References to third-party hotel groups, travel companies and supplier programs describe travel products or resources that may be available through GEMEAUX and do not by themselves imply ownership, endorsement or a formal partnership beyond any applicable advisor or supplier relationship.
